Orderly euro withdrawal

IN light of recent events in Europe, would it be prudent for the EU Commission to create a procedure for orderly withdrawal from the euro by individual countries, if necessary?

These would have benefits for the individual country and remaining countries, in that the said country would have time to get its economy in order and the others who would not be unduly burdened by it.

The current solutions being proposed impose a very long recovery time, and a moral and financial debt to the EU. This is being paid through “pooling of sovereignty” which may lead to bitterness for non-euro countries for the European project.
