A farcical presidential campaign

WHAT amazes me about the presidential election campaign is that if asked what each candidate stood for and what they believed in, the majority of people on the street would be unable to tell you.

A farcical presidential campaign

Each candidate has systematically proved that they are unable to run a campaign based on their own merits because they have reduced themselves to deconstructing the other candidate’s characters and any possible previous misdemeanours.

What is staggering is that candidates have only been targeted by their “colleagues” when they have looked remotely threatening in the polls. It demonstrates blatant insecurities and a serious lack of ethics that is not reflective of what we should expect of a President.
