Don’t squander charges
However, there are some in this society who think that this is a cost-free service.
It is immoral to expect the state to provide these necessities free of charge to all and sundry, anything that has no cost attached is usually treated as worthless and of no value.
There are tremendous costs both in the infrastructure and the running of these services and we cannot in all fairness expect the state to continue to provide them free of charge.
Charges must be made for these services, but they must be ring-fenced and not squandered in the general taxation system.
