Shame on you

WITH regard to the article on corncrakes (Farming, Sept 1), Cormac MacConnell puts himself in dubious company when he delights in the bird being banished to our western regions.

Shame on him for denying what is part of our heritage.

Would he also support the destruction of our rainforests in order that he may have mahogany dining tables?

There really is very little difference.
