Who paid postage?

THE content of David Norris’s rather pompous and verbose letter to the Israeli court on behalf of his former partner does not concern me.

What does, however, is the fact that it was a personal letter written on a Seanad Éireann letterhead. What also concerns me is, who paid for the postage? Was it the Irish taxpayer?
