Leaving Cert timetables
Is this, I ask, because very few schools offer Applied Maths as a subject, so most interested students regrettably have to do it outside of school hours privately? Or are Applied Maths students all considered to have an aversion to Religious Education? Another instance of the same type of thing is the scheduling of the Italian, Japanese and Technology examinations at the same time. Surely, it would be a distinct advantage for students of Technology to have Japanese in particular? Other subjects which run concurrently are all perfectly acceptable, in my opinion. These are 1) Arabic/Russian, 2) Physics/Physics and Chemistry, 3) Economics/Agricultural Economics and 4) Construction Studies/Latin/Classical Studies.
