McIlroy deserves our praise and respect

SOME people need a reality check.

Rory McIlroy is 21 years old and he messed up a game of golf.

To listen to the wailing and moaning of golfers and sports commentators, mostly older men, who have never achieved, in their own lives, a fraction of what Rory has in his short life to date, you’d think he had committed some heinous crime.
