Claim by stealth

ALL of those stranded by the volcano last week should adopt a Ryanair strategy when desperately trying to claim expenses. While the fare may only have been €10, they should of course claim extra “wait” per day such as €20 for baggage, €40 for visiting the airport, €20 transaction fees, €10 security fee, €10 administration fee, etc.

What Michael O’Leary has forgotten is the fare you see is never what you end up paying.
