Have a safe weekend - Drive slowly

THE first bank holiday weekend after the clocks go forward is always a busy and dangerous time on our roads.

Already 40 people have died in traffic accidents this year and though this is a huge improvement on previous years, so much more could be done to avoid these needless deaths and terrible injuries. Many of us will drive long distances this weekend, sometimes with boisterous children but if we all drive as we might wish others to drive, the roads will be a safer place.
