Playing with words

TREVOR Sargent says while his actions did not constitute a criminal offence, they could be deemed “not lawful”. I consider this a play on words and an insult to our intelligence.

I believe both Sargent and Willie O’Dea should resign their Dáil seats forthwith as they have sullied the name of the Irish state. No wonder our bright young people are leaving the country to “enjoy” themselves. Perhaps our hapless Tánaiste got it right for once.
