Privileged professions should cut their fees

WOULD it be possible for the privileged occupations in society to reduce their exorbitant fees? I am referring to doctors, consultants, dentists, etc, to name but a few.

It is €65 to visit my doctor and the fee will rise again soon. Without PRSI cover, visiting dentists is going to require a loan as their prices are off the radar. If I have to see a consultant my initial visit will cost at least €160. These people need to cop on and realise their greed will mean fewer people attending their overpriced “rooms”. The average worker is taking hit after hit while these so-called professionals keep hiking their charges.
