Chemist vital to the ill and elderly

MOST people go to the “chemist’s” – not the “pharmacy”.

Call it what you will, we go to get advice and medication when we’re not well and wish to avoid an unnecessary visit to the doctor. It is also the place many of us must attend on a monthly basis for necessary medication.

We accept times have changed and that cutbacks have to be made in all sectors of the economy.
