Credit rating agencies come under scrutiny

IT’S interesting to note that rating agencies Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s & Fitch are being sued by the California State Employees Pension Fund.

It’s interesting also that the question of conflict of interest in relation to rating agencies in general is also being considered– the latter not before time.
