IT seems to me that civil rights groups should concern themselves more with the rights of victims than with those of murderers.

I cannot understand how bodies such as the Irish Human Rights Commission can claim that any of the measures in the Criminal Justice (Amendment) Bill are “disproportionate” when one considers the massive suffering inflicted by criminal gangs on innocent families all across the country.

This bill is designed to bring to justice those who have absolutely no regard for the law or human life. It’s time to fight fire with fire.
