Too much doom and gloom – let’s have some good news for a change

I HAVE written a number of letters in the past 12 months – some uplifting some slightly controversial.

You only printed the controversial ones as there seems to be a preoccupation with bad or negative news within the media.

The Irish Examiner is not alone in this – all print media, radio and TV are similarly preoccupied.
