Immigrant statistics

VIRTUALLY every aspect of public life today is duly regulated.

An odd exception, however, is mass immigration without apparent control.

Are even our statistics reliable?

To illustrate: the 2009 forecast figure for new immigrants is 25,000. Yet the January/February total (PPS numbers) is 15,000. At that rapid rate, the eventual 2009 influx may near 100,000. Inexplicably, some 40% of new arrivals originate outside the EU.

What is going on?
