Killarney jarveys should clean up their act

SO the Killarney jarveys are still unwilling to clean up their act. I have travelled a lot of the world and I have seen dung pooches in operation in many cities and tourist towns. They work to perfection.

The Killarney jarveys won’t use the pooches — or nappies as they call them — because they might cause the horse to bolt. I have never seen a horse bolting and defecating at the same time, but it might be the horses in this part of Kerry are different.

The jarveys should try the pooches and save the expense of someone else having to clean up.
