Fed up with excuses for incompetence

YET another report was released recently, only this time it addressed the erroneous removal of a kidney from a child in Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children, Crumlin.

A mere report will not undo the wrong done to the child.

In a period of only two weeks lately, I have been given seriously incorrect information by six establishments, some of which were large stores, banks and universities.
