Pro-abortion groups hiding behind words

IN response to your report and accompanying article on the Women’s Resource Centre (October 6), would it not be more genuine to have the headline read ‘Subverting the right to have an abortion’ rather than the one used which read ‘Subverting the right to choose’?

Rather than slyly hiding behind words, why don’t those who call themselves ‘pro-choice’ just drop the pretence and say they are in fact pro-abortion.

The fact is they favour taking the life of those who have no choice themselves. While there will always be medical grounds for considering termination, convenience abortions are nothing short of murder.

How can this be denied except by denial of the truth, regardless of how much intellectual loop-the-looping goes on in the pro-choice ranks?
