Crisis in context

IF you were to believe the media, you would assume the only global problem is economic.

How soon we forget the monks in Burma, the genocide in Sudan, the seemingly never ending bloodshed in Israel and countless other injustices.

Surely on a human scale the increase in class sizes from 27 to 28 is not as serious?
