Liquid assets

IF you had bought €1,000 worth of Bank of Ireland stock one year ago, it would have been worth €251 last Monday. With AIB and Anglo Irish, you would have €173 and less than €294 of the original €1,000.

Liquid assets

If you had bought €1,000 worth of Guinness (the beer, not the stock) at €20 per can one year ago, drank one can per day, you would still have €270 (135 cans) worth of Guinness left and had a good time. My advice is to drink one beer per day and have fun.
