Criminal distinction

ONCE again we hear about the high levels of crime in four districts of Dublin — from a series of Dáil questions put down by Fine Gael.

Yet more focus on communities who have accepted they have many difficulties and are doing their best to respond to them. When will Fine Gael undertake a survey naming the four communities with the highest levels of white-collar crime?

Must it be left to the newspapers to identify wealthy middle class tax-evaders who, for the most part, never go to prison?
