Yet more focus on communities who have accepted they have many difficulties and are doing their best to respond to them. When will Fine Gael undertake a survey naming the four communities with the highest levels of white-collar crime?

Must it be left to the newspapers to identify wealthy middle class tax-evaders who, for the most part, never go to prison?
