A source for concern

I AM starting to fully appreciate the reasons for all the HSE’s bluster about outsourcing.

It makes no sense to send all those cancer tests to a US laboratory when there is at least one Irish one quite capable of performing them. However, when the sending of wrong letters to chest X-ray patients was explained, the HSE said it was because of outsourcing.

So now we know. Everything in our illness service will continue to get worse and not only will Mary Harney not be responsible but nor will Brendan Drumm or the HSE. I wish I could get a job where I earn a small fortune but am responsible for nothing.
