Waste not, want not

I NOTE the claim that the main thrust of Lisbon is towards greater efficiency.

The first step towards greater efficiency is the elimination of waste, so when is any Irish MEP, the Irish EU commissioner or any Irish member of the council of ministers going to demand an end to the criminal waste of millions of taxpayers’ euro annually implicit in the moving of the EU apparatus from Brussels to Strasbourg and back again?

May I suggest voters put this question to any minister or MEP in their area.
