SF working for unity by mutual consent

FERGUS FINLAY (March 4) spent most of his column telling us why Gerry Adams is wrong about how close we are to a united Ireland and how people here, himself included, could not care less if it never happened.

After all that, he then went on to state that a united Ireland can only happen by mutual consent.

Isn’t that exactly what Gerry Adams was saying in his recent árd fheis address and isn’t that what the Good Friday Agreement and the peace process are all about?
