GIVEN the advanced years of many of the headliners at this summer’s concerts — Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Duran Duran, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Al Green, Joe Cocker, The Police, Lionel Richie, Elton John and, inevitably, Status Quo, but strangely enough no Bob Dylan — there is an almost reckless degree of jeopardy in the use of the word ‘live’ in any promotional material.
