Phone book enquiry leads to wild goose chase

IS it possible to get competent management into eircom to turn it into a normal, well-functioning company?

All I want to do is buy a phone directory for an area that I am on the edge of and need regularly.

After much searching of the directory that I do have, I decided to take pot luck and call the number for ‘Business Sales and Service’.
