THAT the hospital consultants would reject a pay package worth eight times the average industrial wage is incredible.

That the HSE seeks to deny them the right to advocate for their patients is plain ridiculous and probably unconstitutional.

That some of the nursing organisations feel they cannot agree conditions through the process once described as a cash machine by a union negotiator is simply unbelievable.
