Age of competition

LET’S get two things straight: first, the High Court did not decide that BUPA would have to subsidise VHI on an ongoing basis.

What it decided was that health insurers with a low age profile would have to compensate those with a high age profile.

Second, the court decision is not the deathknell for competition.

So, BUPA, all you have to do is increase your age profile.

As a VHI member, I am open to offers.

If you really believe in competition, compete for me.

Why? Because I’m worth it.
