Cowen should help stay-at-home mothers

I WAS very disappointed last year that the Government again ignored stay-at-home mothers in the Budget.

Will Finance Minister Brian Cowen make amends this time?

There are concessions for a husband in respect of his wife and children and for married couples who opt to remain in the workforce, including crèche tax credits.
