On the grounds they were preventing liver or lung damage and consequently saving lives, could someone now break in to an alcohol or cigarette manufacturer and harm the production facility?

Twenty years ago the same defendants would have been pleading for the US to land in Shannon to refuel and bring money to the region. The Celtic tiger has changed the perspective.
