Wrong approach

I WISH to express my disappointment with the standard of psychiatric services in Ireland and elsewhere.

I believe that staff generally lack carefully considered and properly structured procedures. No, it is not just some numbers game where more staff are always needed, as the media so often suggests. What is really needed is a more controlled response to distress and close monitoring of chemical cure-alls.
