Warrant blunder is overshadowed by damage done to judicial system

IT is ironic that Brian Curtin has been the centre of attention this week, while the architects of the court debacle have been left relatively unscathed.

Some of the media have been trying to turn our system of justice on its head by demanding that Judge Curtin should have to prove his innocence.

The vast majority of people have never seen child pornography, but they would have a hell of a time trying to prove that point. It is the kind of negative that would be virtually impossible for anyone to prove, except somebody who has been blind since birth.
