Politicians are letting anger blind them to voters’ real concerns

I’M THINKING of inventing a new product: Anger Management for Politicians.

It's obviously the next big thing. In the last few days, so many politicians at home and in France have been losing their temper, just observing them amounted to free market research.

For starters, Brian Cowen reportedly got shirty on Q&A, which was surprising, since, in the Prime Time Investigates programme directly beforehand, he'd been at his brilliant lucid best and implacably serene to boot.
