Varadkar to attend north-south political meeting in last major job as Taoiseach

First Minister Michelle O’Neill, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly at Stormont Castle, Belfast, following the restoration of the powersharing executive

Ministers from both sides of the border are to convene for the first meeting of the North South Ministerial Council in almost three years.

The meeting will be the last major political engagement for Leo Varadkar as Taoiseach.
