Budget 2027: College fees to be cut by €1,500 for parents with two children in college

Higher education minister James Lawless secured fee discounts where families have multiple students in third-level education.

Budget 2027 will deliver a potluck package for families, with many supports being limited depending on the age and number of children.

Students will see a fee cut if more than one person in their family is attending third level.
