Body found in search for missing Italian rock climber in West Cork

Gardaí, the Coast Guard and local rescue teams searched Baltimore after an Italian climber failed to return home

A body has been recovered in the search for a missing rock climber off the coast of Baltimore in Co Cork.

The 27 year old man, who is understood to be Italian, had travelled to the coastal village from Cork City to go abseiling at Eastern Hall in Baltimore Harbour
