The former Waterford Crystal manufacturing site is to be transformed into part of the country’s first co-located university enterprise quarter.

A 37-acre Glassworks site will be established as part of the €130m initiative, featuring world-class offices beside the South East Technological University’s (SETU) academic and research facilities.
