Cork council progressing with next phase of major housing project on northside of city

Cork City Council is pressing ahead with the next phase of a major housing project, with 37 more homes set to be built at a site on Boyce’s Street on the northside of the city.
It has gone out to tender for a contract worth €13m to deliver the homes as part of phase three of the plan to redevelop the area.
