Teen dies, another seriously injured, following bus and e-scooter crash in Waterford

The driver of the bus was uninjured. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle and there were no passengers on board

A teenage boy has died and another has been seriously injured in Waterford following a collision involving an e-scooter and a bus on Thursday morning. 

The teen, who was travelling on the e-scooter, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other teen, who was also travelling on the e-scooter was taken to Waterford University Hospital.
