'Special twist' on Oktoberfest announced as part of Halloween celebrations in Limerick

Mayor of Limerick, John Moran said: “Following the success of the first year of Limerick’s participation in Fáilte Ireland’s three-year Home of Halloween initiative, a huge amount of work has been taking place behind the scenes to build on that momentum and create an even more exciting Halloween experience for 2026.

A "spellbinding" programme of events are set to take place in Limerick for Halloween, including a "special twist" on Oktoberfest.
