Four men arrested as gardaí seize €350,000 worth of drugs in Meath

Gardaí have seized €350,000 worth of drugs including cannabis and heroin following a search of a house in Co Meath.
Four men, aged in their 60s, 40s and 30s were arrested at the scene and are currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Garda Stations across Meath, Kildare and Dublin.
The search, carried out in Stirling on March 19 by gardaí from the Dublin Crime Response Team, saw the seizure of 12kgs of cannabis herb, 400gs of heroin, 8 bars of cannabis resin, and cannabis oils/gels/jellies and vapes.
According to a Garda spokesperson, the search operation was conducted as part of a long-running investigation into a criminal group based in West Dublin.
Investigations are ongoing, the spokesperson said.
