Teacher Enoch Burke has been sent back to jail by the High Court after again refusing to abide by an order that he stop attending at the school he has been sacked from.

Mr Burke, has been in prison for more than 400 days over failing to obey an injunction directing him to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath, appeared before Mr Justice David Nolan on Friday.
