Five-time All-Ireland winning hurler Kyle Hayes's case will be back in court on Monday in relation to a violent disorder conviction in Limerick.

The case is being re-entered for mention, under Section 99 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006, which allows the Circuit Court to decide whether to activate the two-year suspended sentence he received last March for violent disorder, following his conviction last month for dangerous driving.
