Drunk Corkman jailed for threatening to 'box the f***ing head' off garda

A drunken man stood at the back of a garda van, clenched his fists and threatened to “box the f***ing head” off a member of An Garda Síochána.

37-year-old Robert Boyle of Birchgrove, Monahan Road, Ballintemple, Cork, was jailed for two months on Wednesday for his threatening behaviour.
