Cork teen who hid €16,000 of cannabis under bed during raid gets 'last chance'

Judge Colin Daly said at Cork Circuit Criminal Court: 'He was trying to hide what can only be described as a large quantity of cannabis.'

A teenager tried to stash €16,000 worth of cannabis under a bed as gardaí arrived at the house with a warrant to search for drugs.

Aaron Kiely’s efforts to hide the drugs were in vain and now he has appeared at Cork Circuit Criminal Court facing sentence for having the cannabis for the purpose of sale or supply.
