Man accused of causing criminal damage ordered to stay away from direct provision centres

Eamon Murphy, aged 24, of Curragh, Aghadoe, Killarney, appeared at Tralee District Court on Wednesday.

A 23-year-old man is to stay away from a the Harmony Inn direct provision centre in Killarney “and any other direct provision centres” after he appeared in court on a charge of criminal damage to the front door property.

Eamon Murphy, aged 24, of Curragh, Aghadoe, Killarney, was before Tralee District Court on Wednesday. He is charged that on January 1, 2024, at Harmony Inn, Muckross Road, Killarney, he damaged property, to wit the front door of the Harmony Inn.
