Man accused of running naked through Cork apartment building and assaulting garda

Accused approached gardaí in the hallway of the apartment complex from a downstairs apartment not wearing any clothing and allegedly punched garda in the face, court heard

Gardaí responded to a report of a naked man running through an apartment building in Cork banging on doors and it is alleged he assaulted an investigating garda.

An outline of the allegations was given by Sergeant Aisling Murphy in the case against 41-year-old Andy Ademolam of St John’s Terrace, Upper John Street, at Cork District Court. After the outline was given, Judge Mary Dorgan accepted jurisdiction.
