Begging is damaging Cork tourism, judge warns

Judge Colm Roberts said at Cork District Court: 'Cork is a city that has not done as well on tourism as other cities although it made significant improvement in the last few years.'

 The upsetting of pedestrians by begging from them is not helping the development of tourism in Cork city, a district judge commented.
