Man charged in connection with fatal stabbing of mother near Clifden Ipas centre

Gardaí investigating the fatal stabbing of a mother-of-two found near a river in Co Galway earlier this week, have charged the man arrested in connection with their investigation.

The body of Masuma Sohrabi, 31, was discovered near an Ipas accommodation centre at Waterloo Bridge, on the outskirts of Clifden, shortly before 9am on Thursday morning.
